Questo mese di ottobre che sta iniziando è pieno di libri che ci aspettano. Come al solito vi propongo la mia selezione dei titoli italiani e inglesi che più mi interessano questo mese, sperando di farvi conoscere tanti nuovi romanzi in arrivo. Noterete che a differenza degli altri mesi, ho scelto di non mettere in ordine cronologico le uscite. Credetemi, mi faceva perdere sempre il triplo del tempo. Spero che non vi dispiaccia questa novità, che si accompagna anche ad una nuova divisione: prima titoli italiani e poi inglesi. Inoltre non ho potuto inserire alcune uscite non confermate dalle case editrici italiane, come Caraval, Il gioco dei ruoli, Ghiaccio come fuoco che non hanno neanche la copertina o la trama, oltre che una data certa.

“Tartarughe all’infinito” di John Green

Lo scrittore racconta così una storia del tutto originale, che non era mai stata raccontata prima. In un mondo che va oltre i confini della realtà ritroviamo le grandi tematiche di Queste Oscure Materie dove filosofia, religione e mondi altri si incontrano per trovare una fusione e per indagare nei segreti della mente e dell’universo. Il libro della polvere di Philip Pullman è un romanzo senza precedenti, che sfida il genere stesso del fantasy.
